As one national specialist nurse training base and five Zhejiang specialist nurse training bases, we has trained 77 specialist nurses. Based on the clinic, with the construction of specialist teams as the starting point, the nursing team promotes the development of specialist nursing. It has 12 nursing specialist teams, and has played an active role in improving the quality of specialized nursing, enhancing the capacity of specialist nursing services, and expanding the scope of specialist technology.
