Dr. Yang, PhD, Deputy Director and Full Senior Physician of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Hangzhou First People's Hospital. Graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2003 with a master's degree. In 2009, he went to the Shenyang Military Region General Hospital to study congenital heart disease interventional therapy. In 2012, he received standardized training in coronary interventional at Shanghai Chest Hospital. In 2013, he studied for a PhD in Capital Medical University. In 2014, he went to the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region to receive standardized training for congenital heart disease access. In 2015, he went to the Kerchohoff Heart Center in Germany to study structural heart disease interventional treatment. He is currently member of the coronary artery group of the Cardiovascular Branch of the Hangzhou Medical Association and member of the Cardiovascular Branch of the Zhejiang Integrative Medicine Association.
Dr. Yang has a solid foundation, comprehensive skills and strong ability for critical illnesses rescue. Besides, he is proficient in interventional treatment of various coronary diseases, including emergency interventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction, interventional treatment of various complex lesions, closure of coronary fistulas, etc. He also has rich experience in intra-aortic balloon pump , Intravascular ultrasound, coronary rotation atherectomy, coronary blood flow reserve and other related technologies and operations. Notably, he is very good at various types of congenital heart disease (including atrial defect, ventricular defect, patent ductus arteriosus, pulmonary valve stenosis, etc) interventional treatment, pulmonary stenosis balloon dilation, right heart catheterization. And he is proficiency in mitral valve balloon dilatation of stenosis, chemical ablation of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy. In terms of future technical reserves, he is proficient in percutaneous aortic valve implantation and left atrial appendage occlusion.His main research fields are coronary heart disease interventional, heart failure prognosis, atherosclerotic plaque stability, intravascular imaging and pulmonary hypertension drugs and interventional treatment.
