Ms Yang is a deputy chief physician. She got her Bachelor’s degree in clinical medicine at Hsiang-Ya Medical College, Central South University in 1992. She has been engaged in clinical ophthalmic work for almost 30 years.

She has been engaged in clinical ophthalmic work for almost 30 years， skilled in the diagnosis and therapy of common ophthalmic diseases and pediatric optometry. She is specialized in pediatric optometry, ophthalmoplasty, diagnosis and therapy of ocular tumors, cosmetic surgery on eye lid defect.
