Biography                                  

Professor. Shen Weimin, chief physician of Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Surgery of Affiliated Hangzhou First People’s Hospital of Zhejiang University, has been engaged in general surgery for more than 30 years. After graduation from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 1985, he has accumulated extensive experience in clinical practices of general disease. He has always devoted to the surgical treatment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases such as malignant or benign tumors, bile duct stone, liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension and hypersplenism. He also has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of other general surgical diseases such as gastrointestinal disease, thyroid disease, and hernia.

Interests

Treatment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic malignancies; 

Hepatobiliary pancreatic surgery especially anatomic hepatectomy and pancreatic resection;

Treatment of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones.
