The Department of Gynecology of the First People's Hospital of Hangzhou, affiliated to Zhejiang University Medical College, is a key discipline jointly built by Hangzhou City of Zhejiang Province. It is also the Gynecological Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center in North Zhejiang, the Gynecological Enendoscopy Diagnosis and Treatment Center of the First People's Hospital Group, and the Gynecological Tumor Diagnosis and Treatment Center of the First People's Hospital Group. There are 56 beds in total, and the annual outpatient visits are about 200,000, with about 3,000 inpatients. The proportion of endoscopic surgery is 85%, and the surgeries are mainly difficult surgeries. At present, there are 26 doctors, including 13 senior titles. The department offers subspecialties such as gynecological tumor, general gynecology, endometriosis, cervical disease, uterine cavity disease, pelvic floor repair, gynecological urology, plastic and micro-plastic reconstruction of reproductive organs, abnormal vaginal bleeding, family planning, infertility, reproductive endocrinology, perimenopausal health care, adolescent health care, etc.

Laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection, laparoscopic hysterectomy, myomectomy, ovarian cyst stripping, adnexectomy, conservative or radical operation for endometriosis and adenomyosis, radical or conservative operation for ectopic pregnancy. Transvaginal total hysterectomy, subtotal hysterectomy, hysteromyomectomy, pelvic floor repair surgery for various female pelvic floor disorders such as uterine prolapse, anterior and posterior vaginal wall prolapse, stress urinary incontinence, and vaginal reconstruction surgery for congenital reproductive tract malformation. Interventional chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors, uterine artery embolization treatment for postpartum hemorrhage, cervical pregnancy, cesarean section incision pregnancy, adenomyosis, etc. Hysteroscopic hysteromyoma resection, correction of uterine malformation, hysteroscopic combined with laparoscopic treatment of infertility.
